Process
You always know what happens next, what you're paying for, and what you own. The engagement is designed so that stopping after any stage still leaves you with something useful.
01
Week 1
We map the target workflow end to end: every step, owner, tool, handoff, and failure point. You get the map and a scored list of automation candidates ranked by ROI and feasibility — whether or not we work together after this.
02
Week 2
The chosen process is designed in full: triggers, logic, edge cases, escalation paths, and the exact stack. The blueprint states what the system will do, what it will cost to run, and what it will not attempt — in writing.
03
Weeks 3–4
The system is built, tested against real cases (not demo data), and launched with monitoring. Nothing goes live without an exception path: every automated action knows when to hand back to a human.
04
Ongoing
The system is maintained as your business changes: adjusted triggers, new edge cases, and a monthly report of what it did and where humans intervened. Automation that isn't maintained quietly rots.
What we won't do
Pricing is quoted after the audit, when the scope is actually known. The audit has a fixed fee that is credited toward the build if we proceed.
Next step
A fixed-fee engagement that ends with a scored list of automation candidates — useful on its own, credited toward the build if we continue.
